Interestingly, the $3.5m BRU was hoping to pay backreef for 50% is the same per % as what OXX are paying OBL for 25%. If Backreefs 50% is tied up in legal proceeding, OBL still have to settle with OXX so risk being pushed into a minority position. They won't like that but GA will be sitting there cheque book (with $21m cash) in hand. LOL.
