I agree completely Twigman. I hope my comments were not viewed as derogatory towards Bill Garner. That was not my intention and I acknowledge that without his involvement, we would be in a far less attractive position as a company.
He is now a 'regular' shareholder like the rest of us and theoretically knows no more than the rest of us in terms of trial progress. Also, his sale represents only a fraction of his total exposure here.
I guess my comments in relation to not being thrilled at the sale stem from a feeling (and it's only a feeling combined with wild speculation) that if he suspected a short term uplift from say INV104, that he may have been inclined to hold off on any sale. Again, we will never know what his personal family requirements are but my take is that 1mil shares are clearly worth a lot more at 0.10 or 0.14 or higher and my personal expectation is that once we see some trial results or an update that the SP would be much higher.
