I think it's unlikely Bill will buy back. His personal wealth invested in this company equates to about 4.5mil; would he really be interested in picking up a mere $0.02 on the 1.3m shares traded? (a $26k gain?). Particularly considering the way this looks. (it's not a good look in my opinion) Assuming the market has reacted negatively to this today, it would not have been a good money making exercise; certainly not in the short term. I'd suggest he needed an extra $100k spending money at whatever beach he's sitting on in Puerto Rico :)
