Bill Garner is not a Director of Invion. He has the largest holding in the Company and it is probable that this represents the major portion of his net worth. From memory his shares were under escrow for eighteen months from the merger. This is his first opportunity to get a little cash from the deal. I think he was a good many years in Inversion and would not have got any cash out of that. I don't see anything sinister in his selling a few shares. In fact, I would be surprised if he doesn't sell some more.
