Most likely the largest shareholder on the register is selling some of his holdings (1.67m shares). I believe the majority were at 5.9 cents some weeks back.
What a missed opportunity with the share price now at 7.9 cents?
He must have needed the cash urgently or was it because further dilution is expected as a result of the recent acquisition?
To me, a reduction in major shareholder interests (from 10.68% to 9% of the register) is rarely a good announcement.
