These shares were sold by Robin Ormerod, who founded PEH and was Managing Director up until 10 February. Robin stepped out of the MD role to focus on other roles within the company. Looks like he's taking some of his money off the table too.
The sale of this packet of shares was done as an off-market sale to Vibeke Pty Ltd. Can't find much free info about this company to know who's involved.
I do like the look of Pacific Environment. Getting some good contracts in, and good people/networks associated with it. Not the most actively traded stock, but happy to have it in my portfolio for long-term gains.
