Either:
(a) someone is very impatient and needs cash
(b) someone is acting on inside information and getting out
(c) someone is taking a punt that we're about to get disappointing results.
It's really hard to gauge what is happening given that PEH's reporting is so infrequent. The fact that someone is selling so close to a market update is slightly concerning.
That said, if you're in for the long term, this is surely good buying. Market cap of less than $5m for a company that made a $1m profit last year (going from memory). We've got new, high-quality talent on board, we've expanded our operations. $5m seems cheap.
The recent buying/selling has been on moderately light volumes. I was one of the buyers prepared to take a small punt at 5c this afternoon (4.9c as it turned out!). I don't have a giant holding but like this company in general. Happy to accumulate sub 5c!!
