Ezi, I think you may have solved the Citic issue. You said that they get close to their previous holdings when you include the options.
There are just over 388m shares on issue after the CR and Citic has just over 67m shares and just under 10m options. When they exercise the options they will have 19.8% shareholding based on actual number of shares. Perhaps they took this into account when applying for shares in the CR in order to keep their total below 20%?
I agree Pethard - this is just the beginning - a lot of upside to come IMHO! Time to get back in?
