I doubt u can read to much in ra capital selling a small portion of there holding in blt, very common for many brokers,hedge funds to sell holdings towards end of financial year,for various reasons,blt is a high risk,stock,but if there hep,medication is successful,blt will be a serious takeover target,my opinion,gltah
