Yes, agree, it is baffling that amount of shares being sold and no disclosure. Perhaps somebody is trying to take a small stake for the purpose of holding out for a bigger SP when negotiations begin. Again, interesting times ahead.

It will be a while before BAO finalses the AQA and it's subsidiaries deal, and transfer of ownership docs and bonds have been completed and accepted by the relevant departments, then AQA's percentage in other companies comes into play and the relevant companies, i.e., RHI/CUL will disclose substantial change in ownership of their relevant companies by BAO and/or it's partners, plus any others.

I can imagine the minefield of paperwork given, CUL has Joint Ventures as does RHI.
