    I agree ELM a great investment ...but the potash market is in over supply with big projects still to come on stream ---major investors with a long term outlook may well land bank ELM great asset ....but purely on potash demand it's just not there currently and if anything you would think potash prices may head lower .....A Contract priced buyer for the potash would be major $1+ SP IMHO
