    Elm’s share price has been moving in a 24c-27.5c range with both dingyi and others increasing their subst holder listings….hows that possible. Accumulation happening, yet price suppression both at once. Who keeps filling their orders?
    Brokers for them have done a top job on both buy & sell to keep price down…
