If Don wanted to undermine yeager, he could have sold out last year when the sp was 60c. Selling at 15-16c as opposed to highs when Mike took over will have cost Don over $20M. But the fact is he is slowly exiting for whatever reason and in the absence of good news, a sell down of his entire parcel will mean a share overhang and a suppressed share price. Let's not also forget that had Don sold at the company's highs of about $1.40-1.50 back in 2012, he would be over $70M better off. Don't worry, whatever Don's motivations may be, he is also taking a massive hit.
