    I don't think the registry setup would allow them to obtain 90%

    There is too much held by retail hands, so a T/O at an appropriate time seems the only way

    The announcement from Bushveld appears to me an attempt to ice the recent rally and get around having to immediately launch a T/O, however I still think one is coming

    Will happily top up in the 4's
