Assuming holders received their acceptance forms from BPC by 22 August, being a Friday, and had the weekend to complete them and send them in to be received on 25 August, the date of this update by BPC of their acceptances, then 55mm increase or 1.27% increase in their holdings is hardly a ringing endorsement of the offer. Early days yet but not looking good for them ATM.
