    A Canadian Investment Company, they must have some faith increasing their holdings to 8.16% and holding securities for Investment reasons???. Could something be on the Radar when you consider the other Gold Explorers in Africa and Canadian Mining Co. Investment. Its a long shot but OBS certainly have some runs on the board with recent discoveries and resource estimates.
