Weighted average price of shares acquired minus weighted average price of shares disposed 0.02 cents.

During the period of the notice, Suisse has bought and sold SDL shares on the same day on 18 occasions.

On 8 of these occasions they disposed of shares for more than they paid on that day (see chart below).

On 10 of these occasions they disposed of shares for less than they paid on that day (see chart below) .

It seems to me that the trading could be aimed to help maintain a price for SDL shares of 8.37 cents.
