Yes,if they increse there offer,the new offer applies to all sh,even those who accept the first one,but it is always a good stratergy to accept the offer as late as possible,however,if they allow the offer to lapse,then they can not make a new offer untill 6 months have passed,and then they will not have to pay previous sh the new price,cheers.
