No doubt boysy this company will go from strength to strength without those troublesome shareholders and those who wish to hang on for grim death may be rewarded. Be prepared to have your money tied up and hard to get at if you need it. Then in a couple of years they may send you a letter and make you an offer. First hand experience. Then again you may be right and they may wish to clean up any stragglers. But if that was the case why lower the unconditional conditions.
