On the back of the slow uptake there possibly could be a perception that Fosun may not get the 50%...unlikely as Allan Grey have indicated they will accept, however, the bid is highly conditional and if by some chance the uptake is less than 50%, Fosun can pull the bid and the SP will drop back to pre bid levels.
There may be some holders prepared to sell for a few cents less now and remove the risk of being caught out if the bid falls through for whatever reason.
