I wouldn't be surprised if the other major holders received the rest of the placement, and with 410m shares on issue they may be able to stay under the threshold of having to lodge a substantial holder notice. I'm keen to see the top 20 in the annual report.
I'm sure they're getting themselves set before the company does something major. Dropping in $200k at 1c gives me confidence. The fact that the placement was not done at a discount is even better.
I've noticed that various companies over the last year or so have seen major players increase their holdings at low levels before the company makes a game-changing announcement.
