The question is if FARJOY is seen to be an "evil" force, what are holders going to do? Dump the stock, buy more, force management to cause waves with FARJOY, Keep an eye on the stock ( i assume you would do this anyway with large parcels in possession). That is my ultimate point. Whatever is the case, unless you guys are major SH, your say is worthless. Having a great relationship with management feels good, but when it comes to the crunch, we are the least on their minds. I had this experience at a stock called PLV. Forumites and large retail holders had an excellent relationship with the MD. The stock fell from a dollar due to poor drill results and ill-advised JVs, and all the way company was stating the benefit of the company and holders anxiety was eased. Not it sits in a TH at 3.4 cents and a CR proposed for 9 billion shares.
