As one also burnt by DTE perhaps it is a case of once bitten twice shy.
I'm happy to have Farjoy on board as a passive holder, but if he starts throwing his weight around I will head for the hills. If he's the second largest holder in NHC that's enough to make me extremely wary.
Hopefully we get a favourable announcement before he can pull any stunts, and Mr Market will push the SP through the roof, and Farjoy will take profits and that will be enough to keep him happy.
In all fairness, it was Merrill Lynch that did the bulk of the damage to DTE with their 40M share short and dump strategy.
