You need to consider that once delisted and rolled into BCP, either in Singapore or Thailand, ASX rules wont apply. The buyer this week at 5.5c is probably doing so for BCP. At a later date they can "sell" them to BCP. Possibly they will continue to buy at 5.5 c for some weeks to soak up the outstanding shares to reach 90%. Remaining shareholders now have no say in the direction of the company and BCP will not be acting in your interest. Nor are the Directors. They are now employed by BCP and are working for that company.
