He didnt buy in June as he disclosed the changes as 27 October 2014 and as such his previous notice was December 2013. The change is the shares he bought now.
I do think its a vote of confidence but at the same time I would have liked another shareholder to enter the mix of substantial holders.
The tide has turned and I think we have failed to take out the resistance point so I expect it to drift or in fact drop a bit over the next few months unless we have corporate action. Not a chartist just fundamental logic. As I was wisely informed there is only one reason to buy but many reasons to sell.
