From the 2011 AGM notice:
"Resolved that for the purpose of Listing Rule 7.4 and for all other purposes, the issue of 14,166,667 fully paid ordinary shares to JMT Investment Group Vic Pty Ltd made on 1 December 2010 as part of the purchase consideration in the Company’s acquisition of the Rapini business, be approved."
So it seems this person/group was previously an owner of one of the initial companies they took over. Note that there was a consolidation between then and now (I forget what ratio).
