John Turner was one of the vendors of a company that was purchased by PGC. He is also the private individual who has lent them funds from time to time.
He has been a shareholder , as i understand it , from the moment he sold his business to PGC which must have been before 2011. He has owned most of the holding since at least 2012 but at each cap raising he has increased his holding. He has now increased the percentage he holds for the first time. He does not work for the business anymore but as I understand it still keeps in contact.
