Not really. These guys (Central Asian Oil Holdings Ltd) have been sloooowly accumulating @40c since early June. They only see fit to announce changes in their holdings every 1-2 months. And even then they don't bother with a detailed list of entry/purchase dates.
With the odd exception here and there, notice that whenever the 40c bid is hit and cleared out (by sellers) on any given day, ~200-300k (give or take) of fesh 40c bids appear the next trading day (today was one of those exceptions).
I hope they've got the backing to provide the much talked about topside infrastructure investment that is required to move forward, otherwise they may be set for disappointment -- much like many who have gone before.
(BTW, I think they've been accumulating since Q1/Q2, but their initial substantial holding was only disclosed in early July.)
