moodymemphis. you are right in saying these type of industry capitulations provide opportunities. I haven't got time, but im sure some savvy people would be doing a really good analysis of cashflows for ARI. I don't put the brokers in this space, as I think the majority are reactive to conditions. They basically move their target in-line with the stock price (its quite pathetic really).
Im bearish on IO, but may be their other divisions could shine a light.
