Not bad buying just under half of the 20% free float the underwriters would have paid 48c less fees for.at around 60c in the dollar,given ARI will could now be holding more cash than its current market value after the AGM resolutions pass.
At 10% if they plan to hold long term I could expect no matter how the AGM goes, a resignation from a board member and a seat being demanded/graciously appointed for a fund nominee to look after the funds investment to make sure it doesn't get diluted again in the same manner.
