Not Cashel has been selling since the start of November
Doubt it. As a major shareholder any changes of greater than 1% need to be reported an announced publicly. As of annual report Cashel had 222mill (14.6%) so 1% change (13.6%) is around a maximum of 16mill shares. If they have sold any more it should have been announced.
