Hi Williak, the comment above was a quote from the AGM presentation so it is the company saying they are not my opinion.
I'm not an accountant or lawyer but it would seem likely. The real issue is if MVF meet the FY 15 prospectus NPAT of $26m it will do a lot to restore credibility.
Having said that, I acknowledge a bad week price-wise with little buying support.
There is virtually no short selling going on here so the continuing drop in the share price is either general attrition or a very good accumulation strategy. Very close to the year low again so I'll be tempted but will wait for the H1 results
