    No tutes this is not complicated at all.

    The construction of this plant is anything but complicated.

    There is definitely nothing complex about the process. In fact the most complex aspect is the elution and that is being done offsite in an existing proven process plant.

    It is clear they can be ready for production by Qtr2 2015. However they have now indicated the final inspection not until Qtr3 2015.
