I know you'll be able to access it easily, I couldn't see it on a quick peruse of ADAMS.

I note that PEN have stated in their prospectus at s2.9, page 28, that the Commencement of wellfield drilling and Concrete foundation for CPP poured are to occur in January 2015 - surely the timing of this will be dependent on the preliminary outcome of the hearing? And either you or HS will "score points" against each other as a result.
