Nothing at allto do with Gus. PEN stated they planned on being ready for production in QTR2 2015, this they still do and I believe can easily achieve.
It is the final inspection making it QTR3, not PEN. Remains to be seen if tvat can be brought forward however I wouldn't bank on it.
Also construction to production has 3/5ths of nothing to do with him. This will be controlled by the Project Manager and EPC Engineer, not Gus.
