I disagree Col. I think the 'churn' at 1.8c and 1.9c is 'reinforcing' the message that this is all its worth...and if there is a deviation from here it will be to the downside.
This is 'framing' the market to induce them to sell their rights. But of course when they sell them (PENN rights) traded for zip all hell will break loose and the retail punters will be tossing them like confetti.
