    TAP below $1 is cheap, if you have a long term view

    I am also watching the trading the past few days with interest. The first two or three days with million-plus trades looked like a coordinated buy/sell. Yesterday though is quite different, with the 10M order not completely fulfilled. Probably the seller started to realise he is selling too cheaply

    A novice question to all: are shareholders supposed to approve a takevoer offer? If that is the case, I don't think the majority will entertain a low-ball offer?
