Tap is getting interesting - is the recent volume down to a buyer securing a bargain stake at throwaway prices or is it a precurser to a broader strategy of stakebuilding prior to an acquisition? Whoever knows the answer will make the money on this play.
Someone suggested 45c as the takeover price - they are dreaming. The premium for any change of control will be materially more costly than that.
