I'd have thought the 10%+ that Northern and Chatchai hold is already a blocking stake to a full takeover. Can't compulsorily acquire until you get 90% and it makes them a party to deal with in the (hopefully) event that there is a takeover of TAP.
Bought some more at 39c this morning and will be looking to do the same again if there is any further weakness in the price.
