I would also like to know who is selling, or how many key holders were selling all lined up so nicely...
The buying has to be for a TO now, doesn't it??? Seems more than just long term / value investing.
Assuming Northern have increased holdings close to 20%, they can then wait or launch a take over whilst SP is depressed i.e. now.. Bid 50 - 60 cents? if the bid fails they at least get some good SP gains..
One has to ask the question, is Manora bigger / better than anticipated and who would know this???
