    Given that Northern posted an additional acquisition of only 8.2M (out of 8.7M on offer last Thursday) confirms my observation that somebody else put the bid of 500K for 39c and got it. Northern originally offered 38.5c but moved their offer to 39c when the 500k offer came onboard. There was another offer for 3M at 38c but was obviously out bid.

    Here's hoping someobody else is interested.
