Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-2

This has to create a fair overhang in these shares.  Chart says it's going to zero... could be. $2.8m market cap on $100m+  revenue and $7m in NTA is hard to explain otherwise.  Plus something seems a bit outdated in the last full year outlook statement and could maybe do with some updating:

"The prognosis for the coming year appears to be better than the last 12 months.  There is confidence by the major mining houses that the demand for Iron Ore, Oil and Gas is continuing and growing.  This increased confidence bodes well for your company"
