Here is my theory,finch.
# The vendors acquired the consideration shares at a nominal price 0f 0.007.
# They control over 80%....The SP is irrelevant to them....They know it is not real.
# They sell at 0.003/0.002 for tax loss....Quite handy.
# A big rights issue coming up...Perhaps 1 for every 2 shares held at 0.002 or even 0.001.....Again ,the major holders do not care.....The SP is nominal after all & they will get most of it plus any shortfall.
Bizarre ,but could be true.
