I'm not certain that these guys need to raise capital because the recent 4C only included the old MDS business and had no cashflow from the profitable SFG business. Assuming the SFG business is still cashflow positive, and the new owners have managed to stem the losses in the old MDS businesses, you might find a re-rate is on the cards in April when the third quarter results come out and the market works out that there won't be a dilutive rights issue.
