so Pie are net buyers, having picked up a chunk of the Editure holding....and crept above 20%
but Pie have also been sellers, so the question is, were they buyers or sellers at 31c on 2/5/15?? probably sellers
anyway have a 20% + holding is pretty strong conviction
KME also have scored an invite to present at the PIE small cap conference, so the relationship must be reasonably good.
