My first impression was that Pherous is simply diversifying a little, which is completely understandable. I don't think anyone can really blame Pherous for drawing out ~$20m when you consider the run the stock has had, and the fact that nearly all of his wealth would have been tied to this one shareholding. The market will recognize this in due course IMO.
