Good pickup Gavbo. The notice showed that trades from two entities made up almost all of the selling. Around half was done by OGEF, which is Orbis Global Equity fund run out of Hamilton in Bermuda, last year from the 21st Aug to 28th Nov 2014. The other half was more recent and via the local Allan Gray business, from 2nd to the 6th May 2015, but importantly this was only for the Qantas Super Fund which they footnote as due to "cessation of association"; this looks to almost certainly be due to a termination of Allan Gray by Qantas. The timing of which may be due to the tragic death of Simon Marias, as most institutional clients are sadly all too trigger happy and often only using a manager because they hold a senior investor in such high regard. If you look at the rest of the trades they were still predominantly a buyer of Acrux. Only time will tell if this represents a change in investment view from the local Aust investment team at Allan Gray or merely cashflow driven due to trigger happy institutional clients.
