Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-5

So the seller is revealed....Allan Gray has been selling down their holdings in both IPD and NAN by a similar amount..change in substantials is also factoring in the rights issue that was done at 60c..hence the increase in total shares held and then selling on market to take a bit of cream off the top..
Interestingly if you drill down on the report... It shows the qantas superannuation fund selling all of their holdings..looks like they might have liquidated their position..understandably if they were direct followers of Simon Marais who recently passed away and was the spearhead at Allan Gray..only a theory but looks like major selling is done now and last of crossings done on the 6th March...now looking for it to form a base and have next run up..
