The Bench Scale Graphene facility should be nearing completion - it was supposed to be a 3 month design and build - SER probably waiting on this critical item before pressing on with the Ionic demerger.

SER need to get the sp higher using positive developments apart from Ionic.
VXL exporting will help, as will the 1.5% royalty from sales.

SA Government PACE drilling - 2014 - to north of Myall Creek has implications for Myall Creek and Cultana - results should be out soon.
Next round of exploration @ Cultana - the 2nd quarter is almost here and the exploration budget sitting around doing nothing but earning interest must be burning a hole in SER's pocket [SER have not yet stated what they expect to spend on exploration in 2nd quarter - this is due with 3rd quarterly report by end of April]
Remember when Cultana access first announced the sp shot up from about 2.8 to over 7 cents - a one day wonder. But this time there is experience and targeted exploration so should be more than a one day wonder

Timing wise for demerger meeting, I suspect early May, after Dr Mainak's presentation in London - thus a notice of meeting to come out just after Easter.
The WOR report should be released latest with the Ionic demerger meeting notice.
This allows for the demerger to happen from about June 8 - after all the ducks lined up.
