    That is correct, we don't know what his motives are, we do know that he was instrumental in putting CBIO and Inversion together. As a CBIO long term holder, I am very thankful for that. When he stood down from the board he had a massive number of shares ( close to 60 million shares ). He sold a small parcel of shares last year, but nothing like the 23.5 million he sold prior to the share going x on March 26. My guess is that he will use the proceeds of his recent sale ( approx $170,000 ) to buy back in through the rights offer at 2.5 cents. I would!
